Education:
Andrzej Potasz graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the School of American Law conducted in cooperation of the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida. He also studied law at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Currently he is working on his doctoral thesis at the Institute of Legal Sciences, Polish Academy of Science, focusing on the principles of accountability of service providers on the Internet.
