Andrzej Potasz gra­du­ated with hono­urs from the Faculty of Law and Admi­ni­stra­tion at War­saw Uni­ver­sity and the School of Ame­ri­can Law con­duc­ted in coope­ra­tion of the Uni­ver­sity of War­saw and the Uni­ver­sity of Flo­rida. He also stu­died law at Utrecht Uni­ver­sity in the Nether­lands. Cur­ren­tly he is wor­king on his docto­ral the­sis at the Insti­tute of Legal Scien­ces, Polish Aca­demy of Science, focu­sing on the prin­ci­ples of acco­un­ta­bi­lity of service pro­vi­ders on the Internet.
